Mr. and Mrs. Smith
Mr. & Mrs. Smith is made in 2005. It is a good movie including good violence scenes and true love story happened during a husband and wife who are working as assassins. The story begins from a marriage therapy scene where I hear the somewhat classical line “5 or 6 years”. Mr. and Mrs. Smith can not even well how long they have been married from which we can see some problem must go on. This is because they are dishonest to each other from the very beginning of their meeting for the first time. John Smith (Brad Pitt) meets Jane (Angelina Jolie) while both are in danger of being exposed in a foreign country, while doing their jobs. They are both experienced assassins at the time and help each other to go through the danger, and eventually falling for each other. But they can not tell each other what they actually do for a living; the lies are filled with their marrying lives. They are both clever and can feel something wrong but they never talk about it.
But they are found by their companies first who both consider it as a great threat to each other. So they make a cruel plan to kill the couple. Needless to say, they find each other out and both agencies who they work for, give the order to kill the other within 48 hours. Thus, the most exciting parts begin. Both are vying for control and to discover how much the other actually knows. The both talented and well skilled couple is trying to kill each other. The Smiths are not without their humorous sides, especially Brad Pitt. Also, there are a few good fight scenes, between The Smiths along with some others. There are a few nice weapons to be admired here, as well as some very nice eye candy (I am talking about Miss Jolie, but I hear the ladies are fond of Brad, also). This movie is a fun little romp through the house with some nice action scenes. It is strongly recommended to you if you would like a somewhat toned down “True Lies”. If you are interested in the movie and want to find out what happens to each other at last, you’d better have a look yourself.
