The Great Teacher

GTO is a good TV which is concerned with the problem of the education of high school students. High school students are on their age to form their personal perspectives on this world. It is a very important period of time for them because they are possibly decided by what they see and what they think. Mr. “O” is a man who is in his late twenties always dreaming of being a teacher. But he is not good at study and he is not serious enough to be a good teacher from the ordinary people’ points of view. But he is warming hearted and kindly to help other people with a brave and erect heart. He was chosen one day by a headmaster of a high school, the ordinary ones like all school in the city of Tokyo. Then a story of teaching the high school students what kind of person they should be in the future began. But meanwhile he must fight with the conservative members of the school who control the managing power of the school. Through several deeply moving stories, Mr. “O” got believes of their students and the students learn how to live their lives as well.
Through the TV, the director declared that the educating pattern needs to be fixed. The school is injected by some bad factors of the society. Or in the future what will our kids will be like we have no idea. The society must set good examples. The education of the kids must start from teaching them how to become a good man. I think the problem exists in China too. It is a problem to be solved not only by the educators but all the people in the society.
